The following items require approval from the Perch Creek II Maintenance Corporation (PCIIMC) prior to work being conducted on the property.
New structures such as:
Shed
Garage
Deck / Patio
Fence
Gazebo / Garden Structures
Pool / Hot Tub
Columns
Concrete or Asphalt Pad
Flag Pole Permanently Place in the Ground
Structural additions such as:
Sun room
Screened-In Porch
Structural changes such as:
House Color Change
Siding / Brick / Stone Work
Window / Door / Storm Door Addition or Relocation
Items specifically excluded by the Declaration of Restrictions cannot be approved by either the Architectural Committee (AC) or PCIIMC Board of Directors.
