Review Process
The Architectural Review process for planned improvements is as follows:
Homeowner submits a complete request for improvement submittal package via mail to:

The Architectural Committee (AC) meets periodically, within 15 days of receipt of a request, to discuss pending planned improvements and, after careful review of the documentation submitted and the Declaration of Restrictions, either approves or denies the request.
The AC immediately notifies the Perch Creek II Maintenance Corporation (PCIIMC) Board of Directors of their decision in writing.
Board of Directors notifies homeowner of the decision in writing via mail within 30 days of receipt of the complete submittal package.
If the Architectural Committee fails to render a decision within 30 days of PCIIMC’s receipt of the complete submittal package from the homeowner, the request shall be deemed ‘approved’ per Section 17 of the Declaration of Restrictions.
The PCIIMC Board of Directors reserves the right to reject the decision of the AC if the improvement request violates stated rules contained within the Declaration of Restrictions or any other additional rules set up and approved by the PCIIMC Board of Directors.
