Woodlands at Perch Creek

The Woodlands at Perch Creek is a deed-restricted community of 49 single family homes, located just south of U.S. Route 40, approximately one mile west of DE Route 896, near historic Glasgow, Delaware.

Our community is maintained and operated by a board of elected community members, known as the Perch Creek II Maintenance Corporation (PCIIMC). Each homeowner is responsible for paying an annual assessment to PCIIMC to cover the costs associated with community maintenance and, as such, is a voting member of the organization.

The following community members currently serve on the PCIIMC Board of Directors (effective February 21, 2016):
