• Trees / Landscaping / Gardens

• Swings Sets Place in the Rear Yard

• Repainting or Refinishing of Building Exterior in the Same Color

Items specifically excluded by the Declaration of Restrictions cannot be approved by either the Architectural Committee (AC) or PCIIMC Board of Directors.
