Architectural Committee Charter

The Architectural Committee (AC) is comprised of three homeowners. A committee chairman is elected by his fellow committee members. If the AC fails to elect a chairman, the Perch Creek II Maintenance Corporation (PCIIMC) Board of Directors will appoint one. Committee members are appointed by the PCIIMC Board of Directors and do not have a two year length. The Association Board of Directors can remove committee members at any time for any reason.

The purpose of the Architectural Committee is to uphold the stated rules contained within the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for PCIIMC and procedures set up and approved by the PCIIMC Board of Directors. The AC will gather and review all of the documentation by homeowners. Using the Declaration of Restrictions as their guideline, the AC will then make recommendations to the PCIIMC Board of Directors for either approval or denial of architectural change requests. The PCIIMC Board of Directors will then cast final votes of approval or denial and communicate their decisions in writing to the AC and homeowners making the requests.
