The following items require approval from the Perch Creek II Maintenance Corporation (PCIIMC) prior to work being conducted on the property.

New structures such as:

• Shed

• Garage

• Deck / Patio

• Fence

• Gazebo / Garden Structures

• Pool / Hot Tub

• Columns

• Concrete or Asphalt Pad

• Flag Pole Permanently Place in the Ground

Structural additions such as:

• Sun room

• Screened-In Porch

Structural changes such as:

• House Color Change

• Siding / Brick / Stone Work

• Window / Door / Storm Door Addition or Relocation

Items specifically excluded by the Declaration of Restrictions cannot be approved by either the Architectural Committee (AC) or PCIIMC Board of Directors.
