Woodlands at Perch Creek

According to Section 17 of our community’s Declaration of Restrictions (Deed Restrictions), homeowners are required to obtain written approval from the Perch Creek II Maintenance Corporation (PCIIMC) prior to making architectural additions or alterations to their homes.
