Reminder: Improvements May Require Approval

The Board would like to remind all of our residents that improvements or modifications to your lot should be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for review.  

According to Section 17 of our community’s Declaration of Restrictions (Deed Restrictions),  homeowners are required to obtain written approval from the Perch Creek  II Maintenance Corporation (PCIIMC) prior to making architectural  additions or alterations to their homes.  For more information please review the Architectural Review pages.

2023 Neighborhood Yard Sale and Waste Collection Event

Please make note that we will have a Clean Up Event at the end of June.  With that in mind, it was recommended that we (as a community) might wish to hold a community yard sale the weekend before that.  The HOA will put in an advertisement to help announce the yard sale.

Dates to make note of

• Yard Sale (6/17)

• Trash Collection (6/23 - 6/26)

At this time, we are still waiting on confirmation of the number of receptacles and if it will be both yard and trash bins.  We will update you as soon as we know, but wanted to get the information out to the residents in preparation.

As in the past the receptacles will be located in our neighborhood (along E. Hawthorne Drive) from Friday, 6/23 through Monday, 6/26.  

We welcome you to take advantage of these two opportunity to get rid of unwanted items in and around your house.
